Our high profile healthcare client is seeking a VENDOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR for their growing team in North Dallas.  The ideal candidate should have a good disposition, strong customer service skills, experience with vendor relations and good employment tenure.


The Vendor Relations Coordinator is responsible for defining and implementing best practices that maximize efficiencies while building and preserving positive vendor partnerships. Will act as a liaison between external vendors as well as internal and external departments within the company.

Basic daily duties to include:
  • Responsible for new vendor vetting (product fit, historical performance, current network and capabilities)
  • Responsible for new vendor integration and adherence to timely and accurate project completion or new product implementations
  • Ensure constant contact with vendors quarterly to maintain relationships and discuss product changes and enhancements
  • Conduct regular internal training and communicate updates, highlights and changes to ensure and enhance product knowledge throughout the company
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to identify training and marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate and moderate vendor webinars for education to internal departments
  • Manage implementations and change processes, ensuring timely and accurate product launch/update and communication internally and externally
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends and determine marketing and product education opportunities
  • Gather vendor created marketing material and informational assets for internal and external product education and promotion
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Skills Required:
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year administrative and customer service experience required
  • 2-3 years of experience in client services or product management is preferred
  • Computer Skills: Windows Environment, strong MS Office skills, Internet, and proprietary databases
