Location: Denver or Colorado Springs, CO

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect who will be responsible for the design, architecture, development, and implementation of new applications and workflow on the platform. The Architect will be working on assessments, technical design of content structure, user/process flows and interfaces, solution design reviews, architectural governance policy and standard methodologies for the platform, enhancement initiatives, configuration and customization, core and application build, upgrades, patch and testing activities within the enterprise.

  • BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research or related field – Master’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in  with Enterprise Service Management and ServiceNow administration and development
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Developer (CSA or CAD) certificate
  • Strong experience designing and implementing solutions with IT Service Management Software
  • ITIL certification is highly desirable
  • Knowledge with SQL, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Angular, Bootstrap
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical content and analytical insights/complex findings in a clear and concise manner to multiple audiences, including senior management
  • Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary and diverse global teams

Daily Duties
  • Act as the key technical contributor to craft and build out design of content structure and process flows
  • Work with partners across functions and product verticals: engineering, program management and lead functional discussions
  • Provide direction, roadmaps, and blueprints
  • Write/estimate Stories, monitor developers’ work, and own overall quality and delivery of development
  • Outline and evaluate proper metrics for model performance aligned with business goals
  • Perform research into technology partner/vendor solutions in context of client requirements for integration and automation
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to developers and other junior team members
