Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 4+years of proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC of software development and network infrastructure
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Strong experience in composing, compiling, organizing, researching, writing, editing, producing and maintaining technical documents and manuals
- Ability to understand and translate the user's view of applications and technology to put procedures in logical sequence
- Ability to develop and maintain user technical documentation and project process documentation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written skills in English
- Ability to Work under limited supervision, exercise initiative and good independent judgment
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Develop and maintain user and technical documentation and project process documentation for Telecommunication Network Operations
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Provide expertise on technical concepts of network applications with a broad understanding of the applications
- Write a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
