Account Executive – Technical Staffing/Recruiting
Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid)
Full-Time Opportunity

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years recruiting/sales experience in a high volume staffing agency environment (Any Technical staffing industry – IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, MAC OS)
  • Great attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • Consultative and professional sales/recruiting approach
  • No job hoppers please!
  • Prospecting and qualification of potential future clients
  • Manage an existing book of business while extending and expanding relationships through exceptional customer service to generate referrals/leads to other clients
  • Establish and maintain excellent client relationships with current and future target clients
  • Ensure clear documentation of sales progress, client/candidate communications and critical events in CRM platform
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheet of open/ongoing requirements and project status to communicate with delivery team
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to facilitate the placement process (presentation of candidates, interview scheduling/preparation, debriefing and salary negotiation)
  • Review resumes thoroughly and qualify prior to submission to clients
  • Establish both short-term and long-term account strategies, including revenue forecasting
  • Participate in key industry events to help strengthen the Genius Road brand
  • Provide input and customer feedback to support marketing initiatives
  • Assist in training and supporting new team members
  • Stay abreast of current staffing trends and recommend creative strategies to facilitate continued new business development
