Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office – downtown Dallas)
Contract Length: 6-12 months plus potential extension
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the Technology organization. This role involves financial reporting, projections, accruals management, variance analysis, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in accounting or finance, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting/finance experience with knowledge of financial reporting
- Strong Excel proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under general supervision and manage changing priorities
- Experience in a high-profile, fast-paced environmen
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accruals and manage monthly financial close process
- Prepare financial reports and variance analysis for Technology leadership
- Develop monthly projections and identify budget pressures/opportunities for cost reduction
- Participate in monthly financial reviews with leadership
- Process invoices and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and other duties as assigned
