SCCM Administrator
Contract Length: 6-12 months plus potential extension

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – Downtown Dallas)

We’re looking for an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage and optimize our patch management and software deployment processes across multiple enterprise environments. If you're an expert in SCCM and Windows Server, and enjoy solving complex issues in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in SCCM administration and Windows patch management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS (2012/2016/2019/2022) and SCCM.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Hands-on experience with OS deployment, SCCM package creation, and software distribution.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and basic VB scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management tools like Nessus and Tenable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage SCCM servers globally for patch management and software distribution.
  • Patch and update Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019/2022) and workstations using SCCM/BigFix.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM client issues and software deployment problems.
  • Collaborate with teams to create and deploy custom SCCM packages and support application packaging.
  • Perform OS deployment and imaging using tools like MDT, SCCM, or BigFix.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
  • Generate custom reports using SQL to track patch compliance and deployment status.
  • Automate patch deployment and troubleshoot Windows OS issues.
  • Implement, test, and deploy security patches and software updates.
  • Work with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus, Tenable) to ensure security patch compliance.
  • Provide Remote Desktop Services (RDS) support and configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex patching and software distribution issues.
