Contract Position – 1 year+
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid
We're seeking a tech-savvy Jr. Product Manager to help deliver modern, user-centered digital solutions. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining internal workflow application, primarily on the no-code platform Knack, while leveraging open-source tools, PowerBI, ArcGIS, and other enterprise technologies. Our client’s goal is to replace outdated processes with streamlined, data-driven systems that support transparency and efficiency. You will partner with the applications solutions team to manage a dynamic product portfolio, prioritize incoming requests, scope and plan new features, and collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and GIS experts.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing software, digital services, or data products
- Familiarity with no-code platforms, databases, and user-centered design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to clear documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of no-code and SharePoint-based applications
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop user stories
- Use agile project management to track progress and communicate updates
- Advocate for standardization and best practices across teams
- Monitor project risks, identify roadblocks, and drive timely delivery
- Support service request triage and documentation efforts
- Contribute to strategic planning and cross-team collaboration
