We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior M365 Solutions Architect to join our IT team in Dallas. This senior-level position will play a key role in leading, supporting, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong emphasis on Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, and Entra ID (Azure AD). You will serve as a subject matter expert during a large-scale M365 email migration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition while enhancing our security and productivity frameworks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience (7+ years).
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), and related services.
Strong experience with Microsoft platforms, including Windows OS, Office Suite, and Outlook.
Professional certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Microsoft Security certifications are a strong plus.
Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced IT teams with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience leading or supporting enterprise-wide email migrations.
Familiarity with Intune, Teams, SharePoint Online, and compliance/security tools within the M365 suite.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Act as the technical lead on the Microsoft 365 email migration project, including Exchange Online and mobile device integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 email issues across platforms (desktop, mobile, iPad).
Assist with configuration and deployment of Microsoft Defender tools.
Provide expert-level support to end users during and after the migration process.
Document processes, create support documentation, and contribute to internal knowledge bases (FAQs, lessons learned, best practices).
Collaborate with other IT functions to support system improvements and strategic initiatives.
Recommend M365 and security configurations that align with organizational policies and industry best practices.
Serve as a mentor and technical advisor within the IT team.
