Project Manager – Workday Implementation
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days per week)
Permanent Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Project Manager (PMP) to lead the organization’s Workday implementation, with a focus on finance and human resources transformation. This role will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, collaboration across departments, and successful adoption throughout the enterprise.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Six or more years of program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale business transformation or ERP/HCM implementations
  • Strong business operations experience in finance, HR, or enterprise administration
  • Proven ability to coordinate senior-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational change management skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP, with emphasis on project oversight rather than technical configuration
  • Workday implementation experience preferred
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Agile/Scrum are a plus
  • Background in nonprofit, public sector, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation with a focus on finance and HR functions
  • Partner with senior leaders including the CFO, CHRO, CAO, and Director of Application Support to align project activities with organizational objectives
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure broad adoption and long-term success
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure timely decision-making and project progress
