Senior RSA Archer GRC Consultant
Contract:  12 months renewable

Location:  Austin, Texas (ONSITE)

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst (RSA Archer Consultant) to support the design, implementation, configuration, and administration of enterprise RSA Archer GRC solutions. This role will partner closely with Information Security, Data Privacy, Risk Management, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable governance, risk, and compliance solutions aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 10+ years supporting enterprise or government GRC implementations
  • 5+ years of hands-on RSA Archer administration and implementation experience
  • Expert knowledge of RSA Archer architecture, data models, workflows, and application configuration
  • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Information Security, and Risk Management processes
  • Experience with Archer configurations, workflows, calculations, data feeds, and access controls
  • Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, system integrations, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Familiarity with security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, and regulatory compliance programs
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments preferred

Certifications:
  • Archer Certified Professional (ACP) – Expert Certification required


Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, implement, and support RSA Archer applications and solutions
  • Manage Archer modules including assessments, workflows, issue management, controls assurance, and compliance monitoring
  • Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions and configuration specifications
  • Configure forms, questionnaires, workflows, calculations, data feeds, access controls, and role-based permissions
  • Develop integrations between Archer and external systems using REST APIs and web services
  • Implement client-side scripting and dynamic functionality using JavaScript and jQuery
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform optimization
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and integration specifications
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to support governance and regulatory initiatives
