The PeopleSoft Time & Labor Analyst serves as the functional expert for a complex PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment, supporting one of the organization's most critical business functions. This role combines deep Time & Labor expertise with hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable resolving technical issues, leading major operational initiatives such as fiscal year-end processing, supporting audits and compliance efforts, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Extensive experience supporting the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Time & Labor module.
Expertise with Time & Labor configuration, including TRCs, workgroups, schedules, security, and rules.
Strong knowledge of Fluid Timesheets, PUM updates, Fluid, and Elasticsearch.
Experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects.
Experience troubleshooting batch jobs and scheduling tools such as Run My Jobs.
Strong understanding of fiscal year-end processing and Time & Labor-related business operations.
Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, and documentation, including open records requests.
Knowledge of ERP security practices, disaster recovery testing, and IT service management principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical and business information to leadership.
Experience interpreting vendor contracts and managing vendor performance.
Texas public sector and large-scale ERP experience preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for the PeopleSoft Time & Labor module.
Configure, support, and troubleshoot Time & Labor functionality, integrations, and batch processes.
Lead implementation and support of Fluid Timesheets, including security, testing, and user support.
Create and maintain functional design documentation and system configurations.
Coordinate fiscal year-end activities related to Time & Labor processing.
Provide Tier 2 support and collaborate with technical teams and service providers to resolve issues.
Support audits, disaster recovery exercises, system upgrades, testing efforts, and major incident response.
Deliver training, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to users and support staff.
Develop reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
