We are seeking a Sr. Tech BA for a contract engagement supporting enterprise technology initiatives. This role will work closely with project teams, development teams, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable development requirements. This position will play a key role in facilitating collaboration, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting project delivery.

This position will play a key role in facilitating collaboration, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting project delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical, enterprise, or emerging technology initiatives
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and practices, including requirements refinement and team collaboration
- Expertise gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including themes, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
- Experience with business process documentation, process mapping, and identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Ability to collaborate with project, development, and QA teams to support successful solution delivery
- Experience working with Agile development teams and tools such as Jira
- Experience supporting quality assurance activities, including requirements validation and acceptance criteria review
- Experience facilitating Agile estimation activities, including story point analysis and level-of-effort discussions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the gathering and documentation of themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria according to established standards
- Analyze existing requirements documentation and translate business needs into actionable development requirements
- Convert use cases and business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria within Agile project management tools
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, quality assurance teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Support Agile planning activities, including story point discussions and level-of-effort estimation.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, and supporting artifacts
- Support the implementation of technology initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
