AI Solutions Architect
Employment Type: Contract (12+ months could convert to permanent)

We're looking for an AI Solutions Architect to embed with enterprise customers and turn complex AI opportunities into production-ready solutions. You'll own the full lifecycle, from discovering business and data challenges and rapidly proving value to architecting, deploying, and optimizing enterprise AI applications.

We're looking for an AI Solutions Architect to embed with enterprise customers and turn complex AI opportunities into production-ready solutions. You'll own the full lifecycle, from discovering business and data challenges and rapidly proving value to architecting, deploying, and optimizing enterprise AI applications.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Certified on the Palantir platform
- 6+ years in software, data engineering, or AI/ML
- 4+ years in customer-facing or field roles
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions to production
- Strong full-stack expertise with Python, Node.js/Go, React/Vue, and SQL/NoSQL
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, data pipelines, dashboards, and agentic AI
- Strong DevOps and cloud-native skills, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GPU infrastructure
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems, data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming architectures
- Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into practical engineering solutions under tight deadlines
- Experience with Palantir Foundry/AIP or comparable enterprise AI platforms, including ontology modeling and knowledge graphs
- Experience with LLM/SLM fine-tuning, model evaluation, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows
- Experience with GPU/private cloud environments and enterprise AI infrastructure
- Background in technology consulting, AI startups, Forward Deployed, or Solutions Engineering roles
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Own the full solution lifecycle from discovery and rapid prototyping through architecture, development, deployment, and optimization
- Build production-grade AI applications, including RAG, agentic workflows, knowledge graphs, and real-time decision solutions
- Develop scalable data pipelines and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and infrastructure
- Bring full-stack, DevOps, and AI/ML expertise to rapidly deliver production-ready solutions
- Build observability, monitoring, and governance into enterprise AI applications
- Develop reusable architectures, accelerators, and best practices to scale future engagements
- Mentor customer and engineering teams while sharing field insights with product and platform engineering
- Partner with sales and customer success to identify and develop additional high-value AI opportunities
