.Net Software Engineer (Healthcare)
Location: North Dallas, TX (Hybrid Office/WFH)

Our client has developed one of the most innovative mobile applications that will revolutionize the advance healthcare directive platform across all hospital systems nationally and globally.   Their application suite is growing exponentially and they are seeking an additional Software Engineer in their Dallas office.

The “perfect candidate” will have a strong development background, preferably some experience in the healthcare sector working with compliance and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and new products to market quickly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or with equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of developing software, preferably in a healthcare setting with .NET and C#
  • 4+ years of experience with MVC 4/5
  • 4+ years in web technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • 4+ years with transactional databases and SQL
  • 2+ years working in modern UI frameworks like Vue.js (preferred) or Angular, React, Knockout
  • 2+ years designing clean and scalable RESTful APIs
  • 2+ years with cloud technologies using AWS or Azure
  • 2+ years with Inversion of Control (IoC) like StructureMap or Unity
  • Strong knowledge of Git (prefer strong knowledge in command line usage)
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms
  • Experience with all phases of agile development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Full stack design, development, testing and support for major components or domain areas
  • Architect, design, develop and deploy next-generation database tables, procedures, and data formats to prioritize efficient and accurate data analytics and reporting
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and management regarding strategy for future products and platform directions
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, designs and deploy correcting software
  • Work with software engineering team to establish flexible but efficient release and deployment processes and tools
  • Design, develop, and test healthcare system integrations use HL7 and FHIR as well as data exchange via CDA and C-CDA standards
  • Work with software engineering team in establishing software quality assurance test automation processes and tools
  • Create, document and communicate high-level technical designs to outside business partners (vendors and customers) as needed
  • Ensure solid technical architectures, design, coding standards
  • Ensure security coding practices and overall development compliance for HITRUST policies and procedures
