Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing healthcare technology? We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive a dynamic team and spearhead the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions. This is a full-time opportunity based in the north Dallas, TX area with a hybrid work model that fosters collaboration and innovation. The CTO will have a proven track record of successfully leading and driving commercial SaaS development, architecture, and infrastructure activities that provide best in class product offerings and support.  The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader, communicator, with a strong vision for execution.

Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience leading and managing technology teams
  • Previous experience leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) products working with enterprise (B2B) web-based software development
  • Strong background with DevOps concepts and practices for a SaaS product in a public cloud environment – preferably in Amazon Web Services
  • Good experience in leveraging and contributing to open-source solutions
  • Previous experience with organizations using the following technologies is preferred: Java and C#, RESTful Web Services, SSO/SAML/oAuth, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, etc., and various middle-tier and backend products supporting database, caching, monitoring, logging, etc.
  • Knowledge of Data Security, Secure Coding, Encryption, Multi-tenancy, Scalability, and High Availability
  • Strong experience in an Agile/Post-Agile development environment
  • Some experience with large enterprise customers, electronic medical records and healthcare claims processing and system integrations is highly desirable
