As the FP&A Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in using data and analytics to shape financial decisions and supporting long-term growth.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years in consulting, investment banking, financial analysis, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on financial modeling and forecasting
- Proven ability to develop financial models that inform business decisions leveraging strong SQL skills
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and variance analysis for fast-growing companies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to provide insights on business performance
- Build and maintain financial models for growth strategies and M&A opportunities
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze key metrics to guide financial strategy
- Develop reports and dashboards for executive communication
- Align financial plans with operational goals across the business
