Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience (e.g., administrative assistant, project coordinator)
  • 1+ years of experience in agency recruiting or HR highly desirable
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MAC OS
  • Basic graphic design skills a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidential records and communications with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, engaging attitude at all times

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Success Manager and assist Sales and Recruiting staff with daily operations
  • Ensure efficient office organization and maintenance (supplies, inventory records, maintaining office equipment)
  • Assist Sales and Recruiting with documents, records and reports as needed (spreadsheets, ATS and CRM, formatting resumes/documents, KPI reporting, job postings, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on materials and scheduling (website, social media, press releases)
  • Conduct research to identify emerging technology and HR trends for marketing initiatives
  • Play a role in supporting company events and meetings, assisting with logistics and preparing necessary materials (networking seminars, tradeshows, client social gatherings, etc.)
  • Participate in special projects as required
