Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of administrative support experience (e.g., administrative assistant, project coordinator)
1+ years of experience in agency recruiting or HR highly desirable
Strong organizational, multitasking, and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MAC OS
Basic graphic design skills a plus
Ability to maintain confidential records and communications with a focus on accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, engaging attitude at all times

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Customer Success Manager and assist Sales and Recruiting staff with daily operations
Assist Sales and Recruiting with documents, records and reports as needed (spreadsheets, ATS and CRM, formatting resumes/documents, KPI reporting, job postings, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing team on materials and scheduling (website, social media, press releases)
Conduct research to identify emerging technology and HR trends for marketing initiatives
Play a role in supporting company events and meetings, assisting with logistics and preparing necessary materials (networking seminars, tradeshows, client social gatherings, etc.)
Participate in special projects as required
