Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management preferably in the insurance domain
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to guide decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance or financial services industries is a plus
- A customer-centric approach with a talent for innovative problem-solving
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to develop and deliver effective solutions
- Define and prioritize product features to ensure alignment with business objectives and user expectations
- Monitor product performance, leveraging data and customer insights to drive refinements
- Create and communicate clear product roadmaps, timelines, and strategic plans
- Act as a key connector between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment
