We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer with a strong customer focus to lead the implementation and support of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) in enterprise environments. This role combines technical execution with client engagement, serving as the subject matter expert on integrations, development, and IT infrastructure. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years with IWMS or similar systems.
  • Experience with both on-prem/cloud deployments and scripting (JavaScript, XML).
  • Strong integration skills (REST, SAML/OAuth, LDAP).
  • Familiarity with IWMS modules (space, asset, maintenance, lease).
  • Strong communication and end-user support skills.
  • Experience integrating with HR, finance, CAD/BIM, and facilities systems is preferred.
  • SQL/data transformation experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of security compliance in regulated environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing systems and workflows to design tailored IWMS solutions.
  • Deploy, customize, upgrade, and troubleshoot COTS and SaaS-based IWMS platforms.
  • Lead data migration and transformation using SQL and related tools.
  • Develop and integrate workflows, APIs, and platform features based on business requirements.
  • Manage QA testing, user acceptance, and resolution of system defects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for successful project delivery.
  • Provide Tier 1–2 application support in line with SLAs.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement system enhancements.
  • Build custom dashboards, reports, and integrations to meet user needs.
  • Train end users and administrators; contribute to documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Maintain technical specs, system documentation, and operational guides.
  • Mentor junior staff and promote best practices in software development.
  • Oversee development environments, version control, and infrastructure updates.
  • Stay current with IWMS platform updates and relevant technologies.
