Infrastructure Business Analyst
Location:
Dallas, Texas (Onsite – 3 days/week)
Contract Role: 6-12 months


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technology Operations Analyst to support client’s infrastructure and program delivery teams. This individual will play a key role in coordinating technology-related tasks, maintaining project financial data, and supporting collaboration across multiple technical and business teams. The right candidate will possess strong documentation and communication skills, with a proactive and organized work style.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
  • 4 years of previous experience in infrastructure or technology services
  • 1 year experience with Planview or other portfolio/project management tools
  • Strong experience using Excel, MS Visio, and MS Projec
  • Experience with project or operational support in a technical environment
  • Familiarity with technologies including JIRA, VMware, Windows, Linux, Oracle, and SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in documentation and report generation using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting budgeting or financial tracking efforts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service request processes and infrastructure task tracking
  • Collaborate with technology teams to identify needs and support solution implementation
  • Input and manage financial data related to project activities under PM supervision
  • Support the creation of technical documentation for architecture, engineering, and infrastructure efforts
  • Develop monthly financial reports and assist with budget variance analysis
  • Contribute to capital project planning and budget development
  • Maintain structured project documentation in tools like Confluence
  • Track and organize hardware/software serial numbers and related inventories
  • Validate data accuracy across systems and troubleshoot inconsistencies
  • Communicate effectively across internal departments and with external vendors
  • Assist in task and resource tracking using tools like JIRA and MS Project
