Part-Time Project Coordinator
Location: Grand Prairie, TX (hybrid)
Contract Position:  12-16 months 20-30 hours/week

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of Workday. You’ll work closely with the project team including a consultant project manager, the system integrator’s engagement manager, and key leadership to help drive successful project execution. You’ll be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, coordinating logistics, and ensuring clear and timely communication between stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative initiative that will shape how we deliver HR and administrative services for years to come.

The ideal candidate is positive, proactive, and exceptionally detail oriented. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a can-do attitude, and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities while building strong relationships across teams.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up consistently and drive accountability across teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to navigate a variety of personalities effectively, retain positive relationships all while ensuring stakeholders meet deadlines and remain responsive.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exposure to Workday highly desirable, but open to experience with other enterprise HR systems.
  • Experience in a technology implementation project setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination of the Workday implementation project.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, risk logs, budget, and action items.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up tasks.
  • Ensure timely communication between internal teams and the system integrator.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure milestones are being met.
  • Support change management and training logistics as needed.
  • Help compile and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
