Contract Position: 5 months + potential extension
We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Implementation Consultant to lead our client’s first-time deployment of SAP Concur. This role requires both technical configuration expertise and functional business process knowledge to ensure a smooth setup, testing, training, and go-live. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding the organization through implementation while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Implementation Consultant to lead our client’s first-time deployment of SAP Concur. The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding the organization through implementation while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of SAP Concur configuration and administration
- At least one full-cycle Concur implementation (requirements → go-live)
- Strong expertise in Concur Expense module
- Proven experience with audit rules, workflows, and role-based permissions
- Familiarity with expense policies and compliance
- Experience conducting system testing and end-user training
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience helping organizations migrate from manual processes
- Background in process improvement or consulting
- Experience integrating Concur with ERP/HRIS systems preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SAP Concur Expense module to align with business requirements
- Set up audit rules, approval hierarchies, workflows, and role-based permissions
- Oversee data preparation and migration from manual (paper/Excel) processes
- Develop and execute testing plans (unit, integration, UAT) and troubleshoot issues
- Create user guides and deliver role-based training for employees, managers, and administrators
- Support users during go-live and post-launch adoption
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for expense policies, compliance, and reporting
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT teams to align configuration with business goals
