We’re looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer (HCM) to help lead an exciting new Time and Labor initiative designed to optimize a dynamic two-week work schedule. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a team that values creativity, problem-solving, and the power of collaboration.

Qualifications:
Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, particularly Time and Labor.
Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, CI, Integration Broker, SQR).
Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and test complex scheduling solutions.
Strong collaboration, communication, and requirements-gathering skills.
Experience with Kronos timekeeping systems and integration with PeopleSoft.
Familiarity with PeopleTools 8.61, with emphasis on enhanced development, security, and performance features.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and configure enhancements in PeopleSoft Time and Labor, including rules, schedules, and pay periods for custom two-week rotations.
Develop and customize solutions using PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and SQR.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Customize pages, components, and workflows to support unique time tracking and labor distribution needs.
Conduct unit and system integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy in calculations, accruals, and reporting.
Work with stakeholders to validate solutions, provide documentation, and deliver end-user training as needed.
Manage data using SQL, PeopleSoft data structures, and migration tools.
