We have been retained by our high-profile client to support them in securing an HR leader to oversee Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations functions, driving strategy and alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5 years as a strategic HR Business Partner
  • 10 years of leadership experience guiding HR teams
  • Deep knowledge of HR laws, practices, and programs with strong business acumen
  • Proven skill in conflict resolution, investigations, and organizational development
  • Exceptional communication and ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP certification

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire, coach, and develop HR professionals to deliver both strategic and tactical support
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations and trend analysis, with a focus on fairness and proactive solutions
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to promote positive engagement and strengthen organizational culture
  • Guide initiatives such as goal setting, performance management, salary planning, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws while monitoring emerging regulations
  • Provide expert counsel on complex HR issues including harassment and discrimination claims, with responses to agencies such as the EEOC and TCHR
