Technical Lead, Applications and Integrations
Location: Plano, Texas (Onsite)
Contract Position: 6-12 months

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise application and integration solutions. This role will drive modernization efforts across Salesforce Public Sector Foundations (PSF), Salesforce Platform, and MuleSoft, partnering with developers, vendors, and business teams to create secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 7 years of progressive experience in application development and systems integration
  • Proven experience with Salesforce development and architecture including APEX, LWC, Flows, and PSF
  • Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for integration design, development, and deployment
  • Background in large-scale data migration and enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience implementing DevOps pipelines and continuous integration practices
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring developers and guiding complex technical projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the enterprise application architecture with emphasis on Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations and legacy system modernization
  • Oversee data migration projects from legacy platforms into Salesforce and connected systems
  • Define and manage the API ecosystem, ensuring security, scalability, and performance
  • Mentor developers, review code and designs, and implement DevOps best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and policy standards
  • Establish and monitor technical KPIs, maintain documentation for architecture, data flows, and integrations
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in Salesforce and MuleSoft, including AI and low-code solutions
