Contract Position: 6-12 months

This role will drive modernization efforts across Salesforce Public Sector Foundations (PSF), Salesforce Platform, and MuleSoft, partnering with developers, vendors, and business teams to create secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7 years of progressive experience in application development and systems integration
- Proven experience with Salesforce development and architecture including APEX, LWC, Flows, and PSF
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for integration design, development, and deployment
- Background in large-scale data migration and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience implementing DevOps pipelines and continuous integration practices
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring developers and guiding complex technical projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise application architecture with emphasis on Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations and legacy system modernization
- Oversee data migration projects from legacy platforms into Salesforce and connected systems
- Define and manage the API ecosystem, ensuring security, scalability, and performance
- Mentor developers, review code and designs, and implement DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and policy standards
- Establish and monitor technical KPIs, maintain documentation for architecture, data flows, and integrations
- Identify opportunities for innovation in Salesforce and MuleSoft, including AI and low-code solutions
