Business Analyst – Nutrition Systems Location: Remote, Texas Contract Position: 12months+
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead efforts that improve business processes and enhance system performance through technology-driven solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Demonstrated expertise in business process reengineering and process mapping methodologies.
Strong background in Agile methodology and user story analysis.
At least 1 year of experience with the Automated Nutrition Systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, developing solutions that align with organizational goals.
Identify, document, and reengineer business processes to increase efficiency and improve system functionality.
Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and cost-benefit or ROI analyses to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
Develop system documentation, test plans, and quality standards to support efficient design and implementation.
Participate in Agile activities, including user story development, sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance validation.
Analyze policies, procedures, and program impacts to ensure system alignment and compliance with business needs.
Serve as a liaison between business users, IT staff, and other functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Facilitate service requests, technical specifications, and user acceptance testing to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and issues, and work proactively to mitigate them.
Maintain consistent communication and updates to stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and milestones.
Work both independently and collaboratively on complex assignments requiring sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
