IT Infrastructure Manager
Contract Length:  6-month Contract to Hire
Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Hybrid  **On-site 3 days and remote 2 days per week**

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the team responsible for the organization’s network, server, and security environments. This role focuses on keeping core systems reliable, secure, and aligned with the company’s technology goals.
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (advanced certifications a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in systems or network administration, with leadership experience
• Solid understanding of networking, Windows Server, virtualization, and cybersecurity principles
• Skilled in DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and enterprise cloud/365 environments
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor infrastructure team members
• Oversee network, server, storage, and virtualization platforms
• Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures
• Ensure strong security practices, including disaster recovery planning
• Monitor performance and resolve issues related to capacity, reliability, and availability
• Coordinate with vendors for support and service improvements
