We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager who leads complex technology initiatives from concept through adoption, not just execution. This role requires someone capable of guiding enterprise implementations while helping departments prepare for change, make decisions, and achieve measurable outcomes. You will partner with senior leadership, multiple departments, and third-party vendors to deliver enterprise-scale solutions that modernize operations, streamline processes, and improve organizational readiness.
The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership, sound judgment, and accountability across the full lifecycle of technology delivery, including integrations, data conversion, testing, deployment, and adoption. This role functions as both a delivery leader and a change manager. Success requires strong communication skills, technical fluency at a conceptual level, and the ability to influence stakeholders while maintaining focus on business value. This is not a coordination-only role. We are looking for someone who drives transformation, understands software delivery end-to-end, and helps organizations move forward with confidence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
5+ years of project management experience delivering cloud-based or COTS platform implementations.
Demonstrated success delivering measurable outcomes such as system consolidation, workflow improvements, or operational efficiency gains.
Core software delivery experience across integrations, data conversion, testing, and deployment.
Ownership of complex enterprise implementations involving multiple stakeholders or vendors.
Experience managing projects that align business goals with technical delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple medium to large-scale IT projects across departments, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives including planning, execution, and organizational readiness.
Coordinate integrations, data conversion efforts, testing strategies, deployment planning, and go-live.
Help departments understand required decisions, timelines, and impacts to business processes and users.
Identify business readiness and risk while guiding stakeholders toward alignment and accountability.
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating strategy into actionable plans.
Develop project charters, schedules, work breakdown structures, and governance frameworks.
Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and risks while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are met.
Evaluate deliverables for quality, traceability, and stakeholder acceptance, ensuring successful outcomes.
Prepare and deliver presentations and status updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Support adoption efforts and reinforce constructive accountability across project teams.
Maintain clear communication regarding risks, milestones, progress, and project success metrics.
