Cority Application Support Analyst Contract Duration: 7+ months Contract Location: Remote, USA Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM CT (flexible)
We are seeking a highly skilled Cority Support Application Support Analyst to provide back-end support for a Safety Incident Management System (Cority GX2), which also enables other enterprise-level functions. This role is responsible for maintaining system performance, managing user administration, reviewing and configuring workflows, and performing ongoing quality control to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting and reporting experience, thrives in a structured enterprise environment, and can translate business needs into clean system execution and usable reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
8+ years of experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, workflow support, user administration, and troubleshooting
8+ years of experience using report-writing tools to query back-end databases and deliver meaningful data/reporting to end users
Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues, identify root cause, and implement practical fixes or escalations
Experience working with business stakeholders to understand issues and translate needs into system actions or reporting outputs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
Experience supporting the Cority GX2 platform
Experience providing advanced or escalated technology service support (Tier 3 level)
Experience developing job aids, system documentation, and user/admin training materials
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide back-end system support for the Safety Incident Management System (Cority GX2), including routine administrative tasks and ongoing system upkeep
Perform user administration activities such as account setup, access changes, role assignments, and permission troubleshooting
Review, build, and maintain workflows to support business process needs and ensure consistent system execution
Conduct frequent quality control checks to validate data integrity, identify patterns of issues, and resolve or escalate problems as needed
Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root cause, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and/or vendors when required
Develop and run reports using report-writing tools to extract, analyze, and deliver accurate information to business users
Create and maintain job aids and documentation for both end users and system administrators to improve adoption and reduce repeat issues
Partner with stakeholders to support system enhancements, process improvements, and effective use of Cority functionality
Assist in maintaining operational reliability by proactively identifying system risks, usage issues, and improvement opportunities
