The ideal candidate will provide advanced administration and engineering for enterprise Linux infrastructure, including automation with Ansible, time synchronization services, ERP/PeopleSoft environment support, and high-availability load balancing solutions (e.g., HAProxy). Serves as a technical expert in the design, implementation, and optimization of services to ensure performance, security, stability, and compliance across systems and applications.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of Linux system administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, NTP/system time services, and PeopleSoft/ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of load balancing and HAProxy.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Linux system administration and lifecycle management.
- Implement and maintain automation via Ansible.
- Ensure accurate system time services (Time Servers/NTP) across infrastructure.
- Support ERP/PeopleSoft system infrastructure and integrations.
- Configure and manage load balancing and HAProxy solutions for high availability.
- Collaborate across IT teams to align systems with organizational standards and policies.
- Troubleshoot, document, and optimize system performance.
