  • Demonstrated ability to operate in high-urgency environments and drive workstreams forward.
  • Experience supporting system testing, upgrades, or data conversions during ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Payroll workstream during a critical phase of a Workday ERP implementation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Supervise and support payroll staff while maintaining operational continuity.
  • Coordinate payroll testing, data validation, reconciliations, and cutover readiness.
  • Ensure payroll processes align with system design, compliance requirements, and accounting integrations.
  • Drive business readiness by helping departments understand upcoming impacts, training needs, and process changes.
  • Review payroll reports, reconciliations, and tax-related deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support audits, reporting, and financial reconciliation activities related to payroll.
  • Provide presentations and updates to leadership, department teams, and stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and help modernize payroll operations during the transition.
