Technology Sourcing & Procurement Specialist
Contract / Contract-to-Hire: 6 months + renewal or conversion
Location: Dallas, TX - On-Site (4 Days/Week Required)

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Technology Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to support procurement and sourcing initiatives across technology hardware, software, and services categories. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT procurement experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of sourcing expertise, vendor management experience, contract coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant technology sourcing and procurement experience
  • Experience managing IT sourcing projects and procurement processes from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, including sourcing, contracting, negotiation, and vendor management
  • Experience evaluating vendor proposals using spreadsheets and analytical tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Some previous experience interpreting and managing technology contracts and legal agreements, including software licensing, hardware maintenance
  • Some experience reviewing and coordinating MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and professional services agreements

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end technology procurement processes, including document review, approval routing, purchase order processing, and vendor coordination
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain strong partnerships with internal business stakeholders
  • Draft and manage contract-related documents, including amendments and supporting procurement documentation
  • Support sourcing initiatives from bid preparation through contract execution
  • Partner with business teams and subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure sourcing compliance
  • Assist with RFP development, vendor communications, bid evaluations, and sourcing analysis
  • Review contract files to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
  • Lead or participate in procurement process improvement initiatives
  • Provide troubleshooting, support, and issue resolution for stakeholders and procurement teams
  • Manage sourcing timelines, coordinate meetings, and track project deliverables
