Required Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Information Technology projects, with a focus on BI development and implementation.
- Proven track record in developing and organizing IT application departments aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with peers and senior leadership, translating technical concepts into business terms.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Expertise in developing BI data models and reporting solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Experience with enterprise-level ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and their integration into BI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy cutting-edge BI solutions using tools like PowerBI, ensuring robust reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate BI systems with existing platforms and applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to maintain data accuracy and system reliability.
- Define and implement data models to transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting business operations and decision-making.
- Lead the documentation of system requirements and operational processes to ensure comprehensive understanding and continuity.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance BI capabilities and efficiency.
