Senior Salesforce Lightning Developer - OmniStudio Location: Plano, Texas (Onsite) Contract-to-Hire Position

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Lightning Developer who is technical, articulate, and brings the spark to energize the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, solving, experimenting, and communicating clearly with both technical and business partners. Experience with OmniStudio, Digital Experience, Flows, Event Platforms, Lightning Web Components, and Security is a strong plus.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
4+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2 or more years working with Lightning customization
Strong skills in Apex, SOQL, LWC, Visualforce, data management, and API integrations
Experience with OmniStudio, Digital Experience, and event-driven platforms is preferred
Minimum of 6 months exposure to the Salesforce.com APEX data loader.
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in both technical and business terms
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Enhance and support the Salesforce platform across Lightning, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
Develop solutions using Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Visualforce, Apex classes and triggers, and Salesforce APIs
Build process automations using Flows, Orchestrator, Process Builder, and other declarative tools
Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems, including tools like Boomi
Strengthen system security, data integrity, and adherence to best practices
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly explanations
Troubleshoot issues, triage user requests, and independently solve technical challenges
Manage release cycles, testing, deployment, and DevOps through tools such as Copado
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions
