We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead modernization of mission-critical service capabilities by defining end-to-end solutions that improve service delivery speed and consistency, strengthen audit readiness and compliance, and enable trusted reporting and operational insight.
This role will shape a Salesforce-centered architecture supported by integrations to vendor platforms and remaining legacy or on-premises components. The architect will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to translate service goals into clear technical designs and delivery plans, while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications and integrations, including 3+ years leading solution architecture and serving as design authority on complex programs
Hands-on experience designing solutions across CRM and SaaS platforms including Salesforce, API-based integrations, third-party vendor solutions, and custom or on-premises system
Strong ability to partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business outcomes into technical requirements, architecture decisions, and delivery plans
Proven success guiding delivery teams through design reviews, implementation oversight, and release readiness activities
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across multiple teams and vendors
Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution architecture across initiatives such as loan services automation, call center modernization, and data modernization
Define end-to-end solution designs spanning Salesforce, SaaS platforms, integrations, vendor solutions, and legacy or on-premises components
Produce and maintain architecture artifacts including current and future state diagrams, integration flows, solution options, and architecture decision records
Establish integration patterns and interface requirements, coordinating across internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure interoperability
Lead technical design reviews and governance to ensure alignment with security expectations, standards, and long-term maintainability
Support delivery execution by assisting with planning, dependency management, release readiness, and resolution of cross-team technical risks
