Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Hybrid  **On-site 3 days and remote 2 days per week**

We’re hiring a Manager of Data Analytics to own analytics end to end for a fast-moving, mid-sized organization with a startup mindset. This role partners across the business, turning data into insights that shape strategy and drive impact. Ideal for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and building scalable analytics.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience building data warehouse and analytics solutions
  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft SQL Server development and administration experience
  • Expertise in relational and dimensional data modeling, OLAP cubes, and complex query design
  • Extensive hands-on experience with SSIS / ETL development
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or similar BI tools
  • Dashboard and UX design experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-hat environment
 

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and ongoing operation of an enterprise data warehouse integrating data from multiple systems and vendors
  • Partnering with leadership and stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver real-time, actionable reporting
  • Designing and building OLAP cubes, dashboards, and analytical models to support data-driven decision making
  • Improving data flow, quality, governance, and visibility across the organization
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing analytics team
  • Overseeing BI architecture, ad hoc analysis, and enterprise reporting solutions
  • Documenting business requirements and technical designs
  • Managing change requests using ITIL best practices
  • Leading analytics projects using Lean and Agile methodologies
