Our client, a leader in Education Services is looking to add a VP of Sales and Client Engagement to grow their North American presence with the availability of their educational tools and services. The ideal candidate will lead the overall growth and profitability efforts by establishing strong processes and procedures and guide the team to penetrate new markets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Communications or related discipline is required
8+ years of experience, specifically in building C-suite relationships and consultative selling in the education, e-learning, publishing or Ed-Tech space
4+ years of management experience
Must have a passion for technology and innovation
Effective team leadership skills with proven success of growing a sales team and achieving or exceeding sales goals
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to include: facilitating group discussions/ presentations
Ability to analyze client needs and operations to identify and develop compelling value propositions
Proficient in MS Office or similar software/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Salesforce etc.)
