Location: Remote (must live in US)
Contract: 12 months+ potential extension
Qualifications/Requirements:
The role will be to support a highly regarded certifying organization providing designs and modifications or enhancements to the current systems.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years working in Microsoft .NET based applications and SQL Server
- 4+ years of experience with .NET Core
- At least 1 year of experience working on Accountability, Licensing and Educator applications
- Exposure to project management initiatives in an Agile environment is a must
The role will be to support a highly regarded certifying organization providing designs and modifications or enhancements to the current systems.
Daily Duties:
- Design complex modules for the Educator Certification Online System
- Analyze technical requirements and develop effective technical solutions
- Design and write code as required for selected customer systems
- Develop code to assist with software modifications and enhancements including automated unit test cases
- Research existing infrastructure and recommend possible architecture improvements
- Performance tuning of existing processes with regard to stored procedures and .Net architecture
- Develop action plan to migrate remaining outdated code from Classic ASP to .Net and .Net Core.
