Our client is looking for a dynamic, energetic Technical Support/GIS Analyst who supports customers with a smile and a positive attitude! The ideal consultant will enjoy the challenge of working on multiple projects and takes the initiative using independent judgment in a face-paced environment.
3+ years of experience in a support analyst role
Experience with imaging using enterprise imaging software
Experience tracking asset hardware and software
Advanced knowledge of PC desktop hardware and software
Experience diagnosing issues via remote access and onsite (will be supporting users at multiple on prem locations)
Experience with AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticket tracking system
Experience managing enterprise software licenses
Respond to Service Desks requests performing hardware, software, and application support
Assist with installs, imaging, system administration and inventory management
Provides end-to-end environment support utilizing best practices and documented procedures
Identify, develop, and document solutions and obtain quotes for those solutions
