Our client is a leading provider of electronic health record (EHR) technology and is seeking a seasoned product management professional to drive strategy and execution as its new Director of Product Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product management at successful SaaS or enterprise software companies
- 4+ years of successful management experience
- Proven ability to partner with sales and customer success teams to meet customer needs
- Experience hiring and leading other product managers with demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and team building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of product managers to develop product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Manage, mentor, and grow the team
- Develop and communicate product requirements and roadmaps while keeping stakeholders informed on progress
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and design, to understand customer needs and deliver solutions
- Analyze product metrics for informed decision-making and measuring success
