As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in developing a scalable platform to be leveraged for transformation into a multi-product industry leader.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience growing and maturing products
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Analytical and critical thinking skills needed to find actionable solutions to complex product challenges and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Self-starter with track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment demonstrating accountability, work ethic, and sense of urgency
- Deep understanding of and appreciation for great customer experiences
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Direct the core existing product while exposing critical components to define the direction for the platform that will support 5+ products
- Perform market research to identify customer needs, market gaps and emerging trends and then translate market insights into product concepts and ideas
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop detailed product requirements and drive the execution of product development initiatives through prototyping, development and launch
