Our client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Administrative Applications team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing Learning Management System (LMS) solutions, using Articulate Storyline 360 and other tools to drive innovation, automation, and seamless integration.

Our client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join the Administrative Applications team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing Learning Management System (LMS) solutions, using Articulate Storyline 360 and other tools to drive innovation, automation, and seamless integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 6+ years in software engineering or related roles
- 4+ years of specific LMS development experience
- 4+ years working with Articulate Storyline or similar tools
- Strong experience in process automation and workflow design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with WPF, C#, Java, Python, and UI frameworks like ReactJS
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and adult learning theory
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify enhancements and define LMS solutions
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to improve code quality and developer efficiency
- Lead the development of automated workflows ensuring scalability and reliability
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and support cross-functional teams
- Stay current with industry trends to continuously improve system performance
