Project Manager – Salesforce Implementation
Contract: 12+extension
Location: Remote, Texas
****The Consultant can work remotely but must physically reside in the state of Texas****

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager handling large-scare Enterprise implementations
  • PMP certification is highly PREFERRED
  • 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a variety of capacities
  • Experience working on previous Access and Eligibility Services (AES) projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to address changes and assist with creating team standards
  • Previous work with or exposure to government contracts (state or federal) 
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with general IT SDLC processes and on Agile Projects utilizing SCRUM (estimating, planning, forecasting)
  • Some on-call support may be required depending on project phase
  • Must possess good communication and organizational skills
Our client is an elite organization relied upon to provide trustworthy, up to the minute data regarding infectious diseases and infection rates related to a variety of initiatives. The Consultant will be working to establish the project scope and schedule, establish Agile sprint cycles, manage risks and issues, and provide project status reports to executive leadership.  This specific position will be responsible for managing deliverables for a new Salesforce application with regards to Access and Eligibility Services (AES) for the organization. The new application is part of initiative to track and monitor over 3000 contracts and their ongoing budget.

Daily Duties:
  • Responsible for the oversight of the project and its deliverables including status reporting, tracking issues and risk, monitoring the project budget, appropriate escalation to leadership and resolving issues and risks
  • Perform Quality Assurance activities for the Access and Eligibility Services (AES) Salesforce application implementation
  • Oversee, coordinate and analyze development and documentation of information systems and a variety of requirements
  • Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
  • Ensure project goals, time frames, assist with budget estimates & status reports
  • Accountable for successful project delivery, outcomes, and customer satisfaction to programs
  • Ensure ongoing documentation of environment and updates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders
