Core Banking Systems Administrator Permanent Opportunity Location: Northeast Dallas area (Hybrid)

This role will involve close collaboration with various departments to align the core banking back-end system with business processes and organizational goals, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
This position plays a key role in ensuring system stability, performance, and security. The Core Banking Systems Administrator will oversee technical support, discovery, testing, change management, and post-implementation support for critical banking systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
4+ years of experience supporting core banking systems (Fiserve DNA, Jack Henry Silverlake etc).
Strong understanding of core banking business processes and operations.
Proven experience in business and technical analysis, testing methodologies, configuration management, and relationship management.
Proficient in Microsoft product suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain core banking and associated systems, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all core banking systems.
Collaborate with vendors, business users, and project teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), diagrams/flowcharts, and develop runbooks for system administration.
Lead and support application management, testing, change management, incident management, and release management for core banking systems.
Monitor system performance and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure system stability and security.
Act as a key resource for project teams, offering expertise in core banking administration and configuration.
Provide ongoing training and support for the implementation of new features and systems.
Support the company’s efforts to stay current with industry trends and adopt emerging technologies as needed.
