Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience supporting core banking systems (Fiserve DNA, Jack Henry Silverlake etc).
- Strong understanding of core banking business processes and operations.
- Proven experience in business and technical analysis, testing methodologies, configuration management, and relationship management.
- Proficient in Microsoft product suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain core banking and associated systems, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all core banking systems.
- Collaborate with vendors, business users, and project teams to ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), diagrams/flowcharts, and develop runbooks for system administration.
- Lead and support application management, testing, change management, incident management, and release management for core banking systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure system stability and security.
- Act as a key resource for project teams, offering expertise in core banking administration and configuration.
- Provide ongoing training and support for the implementation of new features and systems.
- Support the company’s efforts to stay current with industry trends and adopt emerging technologies as needed.
