Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least 6 years of operational experience in the HVAC industry
- Experience managing and improving the business across all facets of marketing, sales and operations including management of the P&L
- Adept at documenting workflows, process development, and improving customer experience leveraging a technology-based solution
- Progressive critical thinking skills needed to find actionable solutions to complex challenges and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-starter with track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment demonstrating accountability, work ethic, and sense of urgency
- Deep understanding of and appreciation for great customer experiences
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HVAC Subject Matter Expert as we launch and scale a new commercial warranty offering
- Develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate offerings in the market
- Leverage knowledge HVAC and relationship with HVAC repair companies to develop customer partnerships and also provide sales support
- Bring a combination of technical and operational experience to provide oversight and ensure customer problems and opportunities are addressed and advocate for user needs at every step
