Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- At least 3 years of prior experience in business development and marketing support
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly preferred
- Creative experience in developing marketing collateral is desirable
- Web design skills are a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks
- Comfortable in a high-energy, demanding environment
- Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars and scheduling for executives.
- Perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Business Development and Marketing Support:
- Assist with creating and managing marketing collateral.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to support business development and track progress.
- Support additional tasks as needed by the business development team.
