Sr. Salesforce Developer
Contract Opportunity: 12-18 months
Location: Remote, USA (must be physically located in the United States)

We are in need of a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a long-term project to perform highly advanced analytical and development of applications, as well as provide technical expertise to the team with design discussions and peer reviews. This is a great opportunity to showcase your abilities within a high-profile client.  The Salesforce Developer must be able to work under limited supervision, remotely with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.           

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • At least 8 years of experience working in Software Development for Enterprise Systems
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce development and implementation
  • Strong experience building custom APEX and Visualforce solutions
  • At least 2 years of experience working with project teams utilizing Agile project management principles/methodology

Project duties:
  • Assist with the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of projects that leverage the Salesforce.com toolset
  • Provide feedback and contribute expertise to improve applications and development processes
  • Take ownership of reported issues and complete assigned tasks
  • Analyze and maintain Salesforce user authentication methodology and security architecture
  • Design, code, and document links, content, and component application solutions
  • Document coding and configuration procedures
  • Work closely with business units, application teams, and infrastructure areas to identity, review and evaluate the solution requirements
  • Work with internal business users and clients in an Agile environment to evaluate business needs, analyze processes, and create system documentation that reflects the finished Salesforce application
  • Identify problems and propose innovative solutions
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Participate in development planning and scheduling
  • Prepare charts, diagrams, and tables that depict the present and/or proposed systems in terms of costs, benefits derived, and processes accomplished
  • Provide functional and technical expertise for Salesforce applications
