The Network Systems Admin will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation, maintenance and operations of SolarWinds and its supporting infrastructure, integrating with other systems.

The Network Systems Admin will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the implementation, maintenance and operations of SolarWinds and its supporting infrastructure, integrating with other systems.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- CCNA, CCT, CompTIA, SCP or other networking certification(s) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in networking arena
- 2+ years of experience with Linux or Windows System Administration
- Strong experience with network monitoring products and a good understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
- Experience with SNMPv3 network management tools, security management tools, traffic analysis tools, including NetFlow and NetFlow collectors
- Experience running discoveries of network devices on the network and building a logical topology
- Ability to build custom dashboards and reports
- Some exposure with ServiceNow auto ticketing integration would be ideal
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, document products in failover mode (NCM, NPM, Server & Application Monitor ALX and Orion Enterprise Operations Console)
- Create formal documentation for systems administration, operations, and maintenance
- Integrate pollers with the possibility for pollers at multiple sites
- Configure alerts and thresholds
- Integrate with SolarWinds SQL
