Salesforce Developer
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Contract to Hire: 6 months (+convert to FTE)


**MUST BE A PERMANENT RESIDENT OR US CITIZEN FOR THIS ROLE.  Client will NOT sponsor**

Our client is in need a Salesforce Developer for a long term project in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will start as a contractor with the intention to convert to a full time employee with our high-profile national client. The Contractor will be on-site (Hybrid schedule) to perform advanced hands-on experience programming applications and web-services based on the industry’s leading open source platforms and cloud-based technologies. The development team follows Agile (Scrum) and supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related field
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is highly preferable
  • At least 7 years of experience working in Software Development for Enterprise Systems
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce development and implementation
  • Ideally have some experience working with Health Cloud
  • Strong experience building custom APEX and Visualforce solutions
  • At least 2 years of experience working with project teams utilizing Agile project management principles/methodology

Responsibilities:
  • Create Salesforce updates, features for providers and vendors
  • Plan, design, develop, modify and text enhancements to systems
  • Create technical and functional documents (SFDC reporting)
  • Develop applications by writing code and creating customized salesforce lightning components
  • Follow security framework, architecture, and high-level design similar to the other newer applications developed using Salesforce framework etc.
