Technical Support Analyst - GIS #2077

Technical Support/GIS Analyst
Contract Length: 9+ months
Location: Austin, TX

Our client is looking for a dynamic, energetic Technical Support/GIS Analyst who supports customers with a smile and a positive attitude!  The ideal consultant will enjoy the challenge of working on multiple projects and takes the initiative using independent judgment in a face-paced environment.  

Required Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a support analyst role
  • Experience with imaging using enterprise imaging software
  • Experience tracking asset hardware and software
  • Advanced knowledge of PC desktop hardware and software
  • Experience diagnosing issues via remote access and onsite (will be supporting users at multiple on prem locations)
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticket tracking system
  • Experience managing enterprise software licenses
  • Respond to Service Desks requests performing hardware, software, and application support
  • Assist with installs, imaging, system administration and inventory management
  • Provides end-to-end environment support utilizing best practices and documented procedures
  • Identify, develop, and document solutions and obtain quotes for those solutions
